Symptoms among resident cases included diarrhoea (74 %), vomiting (70 %), abdominalpain (54 %), headache (35 %), muscle/body pain (29 %), and fever (26 %). The most commonly reported initial symptoms were abdominalpain (37 %) and vomiting (28 %). The clinical symptoms presented were diarrhoea (92 %), fever (78 %), headache (77 %), abdominalpain (73 %), nausea (48 %), and vomiting (42 %).
