More egregiously, the book is rife with typos. Even the typos are entertaining : one wonders who the ' pronominal critics ' are (126). Some typos are confusing, but are in the errata online. The print volume is exceptionally poorly produced, with typos, omissions, repetitions, verbless sentences and redundant apostrophes. All three books have obviously undergone an excellent editing process: remaining typos and mistakes are very few and minor.
