Examples of fire alarm


These examples are from corpora and from sources on the web. Any opinions in the examples do not represent the opinion of the Cambridge Dictionary editors or of Cambridge University Press or its licensors.
The reaction to a firealarm should be almost automatic.
While the mode for selling land heavily relies on external resources, those are at most secondary in the reaction to a firealarm, and in driving behaviour.
The examples range from utmost simplicity (responding to a firealarm in a building) to high complexity (responding to a fire as a member of a fire brigade).
The modes for responding to a firealarm and for selling land are fairly fixed, while the modes for driving and for a fire brigade are highly plastic.
For much the same reason, a firealarm should be automatic, and not subject to whim, although one's reaction to a firealarm should be purposeful.
The solution after the firealarm activities are passed is more trade, more harmonization, functioning internal market with goods and even more with services.
