A move into e-governance could greatly increase the organizational efficiency of the government. To understand the dynamics of e-governance we must consider its use in different contexts. In the case of developing states, there are quite different principles which drive e-governance. From a nation-building perspective, e-governance has the incidental feature of being a bonding device, drawing people together within a shared linguistic and cultural setting. The dynamics of economic growth in some parts of the world demonstrate that obstacles to development can be overcome, thus making e-governance possible. In addition to anti-corruption and professionalization campaigns, the government has devised a system of e-governance with the goal of adding stability and order to a chaotic governing process. Within a modern society there is ample collective capital to supply the great majority of citizens with a multiplicity of access points for participation in e-governance. Because e-governance can promote openness in the flow of ideas and information, its introduction may be resisted where the power of governors is exercised undemocratically or corruptly. Lack of central co-ordination, policy failure and communication problems, and experiments with e-governance all intervened to limit the overall effectiveness and efficiency of government departments and executive agencies. It is based on the idea of us having a more modern system with a high degree of e-governance.
