释义 | corona noun[ Cusually singular ] specializeduk /kəˈrəʊ.nə/ us /kəˈroʊ.nə/pluralcoronaeuk /-niː/ us /-niː/ environment a circle of light that can sometimes be seen around the moon at night, or around the sun during an eclipse (= a time when the moon is positioned exactly between the sun and the earth)(指在日食期间的)日冕;月华 john finney photography/Moment/GettyImages environment the outer atmosphere of a star, for example the sun冕(星系) aryos/E+/Getty Images /GettyImages anatomy the top rounded part of a body part such as a tooth or the skull(身体组织)冠,冠状部 Astronomy albedo Andromeda Aquarius Aries asteroid galaxy Gemini geostationary geosynchronous gibbous observatory orbit orbital Orion penumbra substellar sunspot supergiant supermassive supermoon There the sun burned, and around it was an unmistakable corona. We know that during a total eclipse of the sun the moon is surrounded by a luminous corona. Examples of coronacorona These results are useful for description of electron-beam propagation in the solar corona, which is a source of sporadic radiation. At this stage, the wire remains in a liquid- solid phase with a low-density plasma corona. The high-density pellet core is surrounded by a hot, fully ionized low-density corona. Taking into account the absence of counteracting pressure in the corona plasma, it is possible to expect it pinching onto the cold core plasma. Density measurements of the coronal plasma indicate that the fraction of the total initial mass contained in the corona increases as the wire diameter decreases. In weakly deformed gneiss, the mafic minerals (biotite, augite and hornblende) occur as irregular clusters, locally separated from plagioclase by coronas of garnet. The value of the corona inception voltage is readily deduced from the corresponding experimental data. Flowers are pendulous with reflexed tepals and have a narrow floral tube with a prominent corona. Once the magnetic field generated by the rising current becomes large enough, the low-density corona begins to self-pinch onto the core. Figure 6 shows a comparison of the experimental core and corona expansion velocities with points taken from the simulated diagnostic images. Here, the igneous and corona textures are obliterated by the growth of amphibolite-facies assemblages with hornblende, plagioclase, biotite, garnet and zoisite. The simulations of interest are hohlraum plasmas in the case of indirect drive or the plasma corona for direct drive. The decreasing frequency indicates that the radiation source travels outward in the solar corona into regions of lower electron density and therefore smaller plasma frequency. In other words, we anticipate that in the low corona there are newly created ions due to continuous ionization of neutral particles. The fact that a fluid model must be used to describe the corona and solar wind does not imply that kinetic models are not needed. These examples are from corpora and from sources on the web.
