Reparation entails that goods are restored to the wronged party.
If she cannot make this claim, then she cannot claim that the physician wronged her.
She does not appear to have wronged anyone along the way.
An objection can be made against using the concept 'being wronged' to describe what is unethical about cloning in the cystic fibrosis example.
