词汇 | vasodilation |
释义 | vasodilation noun[ U ] biology specializeduk /ˌveɪzəʊdaɪˈleɪʃən/ us /ˌveɪzoʊdaɪˈleɪʃən/ the situation of blood vessels (= the tubes that carry blood) becoming wider血管舒张 The circulatory system & blood ABO accessory pathway adventitia adventitial ANA auricle bicuspid valve femoral artery gamma globulin glomus granulocyte haematogenous haemic phagocyte portal system precava pulmonary artery pulmonary vein pulmonic tricuspid valve Examples of vasodilationvasodilation This difference was most prominent after pulmonary vasodilation with oxygen inhalation. There is also an increase in sympathetic versus parasympathetic activity9 which predisposes to a greater degree of peripheral vasodilation. Intracardial injections with 1 ml of 1% sodium nitrite and 1000 units of sodium heparin were made to reduce coagulation and increase vasodilation. Management of this condition is difficult and various vasodilators have been unsuccessful in providing preferential pulmonary vasodilation. In the acute early phase there is vasodilation with the classical, full, bounding pulsation and arterial bruit. Our study has shown that it is combined administration of nitric oxide and beraprost which 30 produces maximal pulmonary vasodilation. The management of this condition is difficult and different types of vasodilators have not succeeded in producing preferential pulmonary vasodilation. Accordingly, the selectivity of pulmonary vasodilation may be overestimated in the setting of loading with nitric oxide. Hot environments exacerbate cutaneous vasodilation and increase fluid loss through sweating. They may also induce vasodilation independently via different mediator pathways. The only persistent side effect is hypotension, most likely related to vasodilation. In contrast, no vasodilation could be demonstrated in "nonresponsive" patients (p=.23). The vasodilation correlated negatively with levels of free haemoglobin. Beraprost, therefore, is a safe and effective vasodilator which provides preferential pulmonary vasodilation in infants and children with pulmonary hypertension secondary to congenital heart disease. Acetylcholine increases pulmonary blood flow in intact fetuses via endothelium-dependent vasodilation. These examples are from corpora and from sources on the web.
