We report an unusual case of intrapericardial teratoma in a neonate presenting with collapse of the lung which was successfully treated by surgery. Histology showed the mass to be a benign immature teratoma. The pericardium has been opened and the large teratoma (marked by white dot) can be seen to displace grossly the heart and the great vessels. We present three cases of intrapericardial teratoma occurring in neonates.
