If someone is persuadable, it is possible to make them do or believe something by giving them a good reason to do it, or by talking to them and making them believe it:

The women in the study were found to be more persuasible than the men.
She says that she is planning to vote against us, but she could be persuadable.
I don’t believe that anyone is as easily persuadable as that.
