Other teams using the standard model were either unsuccessful, or had to use fitting to past meteor storms to empirically set their prediction parameters. Then instead of a star over some variable glyph, the actual logograph was meant to depict a star in motion-a meteor. A chance meteor, a chance eruption, or a chance alteration in solar activity can not only devastate life but also obliterate it. Shouldn't the term be applied to students of meteors and other heavenly bodies? Since they do occur fairly regularly, one could conceivably attempt a correlation of the major yearly meteor showers with the timing of warfare. On the other hand, in some reports there are much more explicit links, suggesting that red rain fell from clouds during a meteor shower. And this was the rule for hundreds of meteors who did not leave any signs of their passage. In other words, red rain was seen on the same day as a meteor. However, doubts have been expressed about whether reports of a meteor were merely a coincidence. This prediction success continued in the following years and included outbursts in other meteor streams. Since comet orbits intersect the earth's orbit in welldefined regions, modern scientists can predict the days on which we can expect to see meteor showers. A single observer would find it impossible to distinguish the meteor as being far from the realm of the stars. If the button isn't pressed within ten seconds of noon, the meteor will not be destroyed, and the many will die. Maybe the report of a meteor airburst event just before the falls of red rain is not purely coincidental. These examples are from corpora and from sources on the web.
