a type of flat, thin, soft bread with a slightly sour taste eaten in Ethiopia, made from grain, usually teff, that has been allowed to ferment(= to go through a chemical change because of the action of yeast or bacteria that produces bubbles): 英吉拉面包,埃塞俄比亚扁平面包(味略酸,通常用画眉草粒磨粉制成)
