They created a range of products in this new and alien environment but ultimately struggled with the industrialization within the ceramics industry. The processes of empire, industrialization, and globalization have made casualties out of indigenous languages and cultures. Industrialization, poverty, and unemployment gave rise to property, as opposed to people-related, offences on a scale that transcended ethnic boundaries and necessitated new policing methods.
