I feel like (going for) a swim.
I feel like (having) a nice cool glass of lemonade.

When you argue a lot, you may feel like ending the relationship.

to want to do something that you do not do:
He was so rude I felt like slapping his face.
I was so bored, I felt like getting up and leaving.
I get so frustrated that sometimes I feel like smashing things.
When I first got my diagnosis, I felt like crawling into a corner and never coming out again. But I couldn't hide from reality.
