Each item of "attitude toward behavior," "subjectivenorm," and "behavioral intention" was measured by a four-point semantic differential scale, ranging from 1 (negative) to 4 (positive). Subjectivenorm is seen as a combination of perceived expectations from relevant individuals or groups along with intentions to comply with these expectations.
