First, through a greater understanding of institutions and regulatorystructure, including standards, they redress the ' vertical ' bias of much value chain work to date.
They would retain the strengths of the present system - public disclosure, for example - and deal with some key weaknesses of the extant regulatorystructure.
Thus, a direct regulatorystructure is required in connection with these variables so that there are proper incentives to maximize retirement and pension fund accumulation.
