In the same way as trade networks contribute to regionalization of trade, policy networks among governments lead to a closer regional coordination of trade policies. There has in fact been a 'regionalization of the polity',30 which has significantly complicated the federal mosaic. They are sophisticated accounts of the conceptual framework of the regionalization of state power and the struggle of minorities for autonomy. Thus, before any regionalization policy is implemented a deep and precise understanding of the nature of both outcome/volume and price/competition relationships is needed. The distinct, region-specific heterogeneity of astroglia is, thus, comparable to the regionalization and heterogeneity of defined neuronal subtypes. Neural regionalization of these multidimensional semantic subsystems might take place during language development. If so, then the random effects estimates provide upper bound estimates of the benefits of regionalization. We perform three regionalization experiments in order to assess the impact of regionalization on outcomes and consumer surplus. Second, modest changes in outcomes due to regionalization may lead to decreases in consumer surplus.
